Polymarket compatibility refresh

Updated PolyTortoise for the current Polymarket trading API and SDK package line used by the live bot.

Improved live-mode startup so existing users keep using their saved Polymarket trading credentials when available.

Reset the public results baseline so the results page starts from a clean, current paper-mode run.

Reduced noisy background warnings that did not require customer action.

Added public Docs and Changelog pages so setup, fees, commands, and release notes are easier to find.

Launched the public paper results page with aggregate paper PnL, win rate, recent trades, losses, open positions, and leader snapshots.

Added the wallet lookup page for quick public inspection of recent Polymarket wallet activity.

Expanded the Telegram Mini App with portfolio, leaders, manual trade search, trade history, fees, deposit, snipes, and settings pages.

Initial PolyTortoise release: Telegram-native copy trading with paper mode, leaderboard targets, manual wallet watch, alerts, and live-mode path.
